Analysis of Community Sentiment on Twitter towards COVID-19 Vaccine Booster Using Ensemble Bagging Methods

COVID-19 is an infectious disease caused by a newly discovered type of coronavirus. Based on recommendations from the Technical Advisory Group Virus Evolution, WHO established new variant called Omicron. Due to rapid spread COVID-19, booster vaccine was created deal with virus variant. However, strategy giving vaccines that never ends considered controversial community, and this shown number people who express their opinions, both positive negative opinions social media, one which Twitter. This research conducted collecting data help Twitter API. The classification method uses ensemble bagging three basic lessons, namely Naive Bayes, K-Nearest Neighbor, Decision Tree. Meanwhile, feature extraction used in TF-IDF (Term Frequency-Inverse Document Frequency). performance applying Hyperparameter Tuning precision 0.72, recall 0.71, F1-Score accuracy 0.72.
